The Rim Repair RX VIP Membership Program ("Program") is a month-to-month membership that remains active as long as the monthly recurring membership fee is paid. Membership can be canceled at any time by the customer by requesting cancellation or choosing not to make payment.

- Membership Fee: A one-time startup fee of $199 is required to begin the Program.
- Recurring Monthly Fee: A $19.99 monthly membership fee will be billed every 30 days from the membership start date.
- Payment Method: Members can choose between automatic credit card billing or manual payment via texted payment link. If the customer opts out of automatic billing, a payment request will be sent via text.
- Cancellation: Customers can cancel the membership by either (1) not paying the monthly charge, in which case the membership will be terminated 30 days from the last successful payment, or (2) contacting Rim Repair RX at least 7 days before the next billing date to cancel manually.

- If the $19.99 monthly fee is not paid within 30 days of the last billing cycle, the VIP Membership will be canceled automatically and all membership benefits will end.
- Rejoining the Membership: If a member wishes to rejoin the Program after cancellation, they must pay a new $199 startup fee to reinstate their VIP Membership.

The RX Insurance Packages provide one-time coverage for cosmetic wheel damage (curb rash, scrapes, and scuffs) only. Wheel straightening or repairs for cracks and face-bent wheels are not covered. These plans are vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred.

- Basic Insurance: Covers one cosmetic wheel repair on any of the four wheels of the vehicle within 12 months of the purchase date.
- Premium Insurance: Covers up to four cosmetic wheel repairs in one single service visit within 12 months of the purchase date.
- In-Shop Requirement: All repairs must be performed at the Rim Repair RX shop. Mobile service is available for an additional $50 trip charge.
- Non-Transferable: Coverage is valid only for the vehicle listed at the time of purchase. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- One-Time Use: Once the service is redeemed (one wheel for Basic, or up to four wheels in one visit for Premium), the package is considered fully used and cannot be reused.

- To be eligible for either RX Insurance Package, the vehicle must be free from any existing cosmetic wheel damage at the time of purchase.
- A visual inspection of all wheels must be performed in person by a Rim Repair RX technician before the insurance package can be purchased.
- If damage is discovered after purchase that was present prior to the inspection or package purchase, the claim may be denied at the discretion of Rim Repair RX.

By purchasing or participating in any RX Protection Plan, including the RX Insurance Packages or RX VIP Membership Program, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Rim Repair RX reserves the right to modify or discontinue these plans at any time.
